Refund & Returns Policy
If for some reason you did not like the product purchased , you can exercise your right to return the product within 30 days. When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit the original bill for the purchase of goods and comply with the following conditions:
– each returned product is in its original and undamaged packaging;
– the goods have not been used; – the goods have not been damaged;
– the original labels (films, labels, etc.) have not been removed from the goods.
In the event that the reason for returning the goods is of poor quality, the seller undertakes to replace the goods with a new one or return the money paid. Return shipping costs are covered at the expense of the buyer. A restocking fee of £7 will be applicable in case of returns.
In case the returned item is from the set, the refund amount will be calculated by applying the unit price to the retained item instead of the set.
We guarantee delivery of the goods to you. The date and time mentioned on the product’s page is only an estimate, final delivery times can depend upon a variety of conditions. We ship Internationally & delivery of goods may take up to 7-9 days from shipping date.
In rare cases it might take longer and up to 60 days under unusual circumstances such as the season, demand for goods and the capabilities of our partners, as well as the chosen delivery method or circumstances beyond our control. HoodieBlan should not be held responsible for any such delays. Buyer’s discretion is advised before purchasing of any such goods.
If the customer requests a refund for any reason other than a damaged product or incorrect item, shipping costs and taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Money for returned goods is transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
